YOUR AIRBNB HOST CAN NO LONGER SPY ON YOU

AirBnB has announced that indoor security cameras will no longer be allowed inside any of the rentals listed on the company’s platform.
While outdoor cameras will still be allowed, they cannot provide a view inside the home and the host must disclose their presence to a guest.
WHAT ARE PEOPLE SAYING?
Privacy advocates praised the decision - cameras watching a guest on vaation clearly violates their reasonable expectation of privacy.
Hosts have asserted that cameras are necessary to protect their property from lousy guests - providing evidence for when a guest trashes their home.
