Illinois researchers found that physically attractive attorneys were more likely to win their case in federal court than less attractive attorneys, even when controlling for the gender and race of the lawyer.

  • Judges try their best to be impartial, but they empirically are affected by an implicit bias toward hot people.

  • Lawyers looking to improve their professional success might be well-served by spending more time in the gym
